Most cooking sites spend too much time on the recipes and not on the “how to” part of cooking.

So, I’ve put together some guides on how to stay safe in the kitchen, and how to do things like zest, juice, ice a cake, turn things over in a hot pan, how to weigh things out and how to be prepared for any of my recipes.
